Storymaker’s Circle: “I Am From” Memoirs
Presented by LitWorld and Storyvoice
Stories are an important part of what makes us human. They help us make sense of the world and connect with others. They allow us to discover all the ways our experiences are different, and perhaps more importantly, all the beautiful ways they are similar. To help share these stories, LitWorld and Storyvoice are launching the Storymaker’s Circle to inspire and gather stories from young people all over the world!
Inspired in part by the work of author George Ella Lyon, “I Am From” memoirs are an exploration of all that makes us who we are. Use the prompts or download the resource pack to write your own "I Am From" memoir, then submit it to the padlet below!
